The groups can be one of two types: "Open" or "Closed.".
In open groups, the meetings are self-contained, and anyone who feels called to participate is welcome. Each person brings something unique—their individuality, their quests, and their qualities—which enriches the group and the themes that emerge.
In closed groups, the work begins at a specific time and is completed with the same members over a specific period. This method is used to address common difficulties for the group members, such as eating disorders or panic attacks.
